Gasp
GASP is a club that lets 14-17 year old car enthusiasts living in Gomshall, Albury, Shere and Peaslake, plus Chilworth and Farley Green, learn basic motor mechanics and how to build off-road and track karts. Boys and girls work in separate teams in the modern, custom-built motor workshop, and also practise off-road driving in a large field, so they know how to use vehicles sensibly. GASP, part of Lychgate Youth Trust, scored high marks to win a £500 Surrey High Sheriff Youth Award.
