Bullying Hurts
Using drama, art, discussion and song, the students and staff of Starhurst School in Dorking set up an exciting project to highlight the pain caused by bullying and to find solutions that worked. To let other schools share what they had learned, the pupils produced a handbook of advice, along with a CD of their theme song 'Bullying hurts'. This project received funds from HSYA in Surrey and was also nominated by the High Sheriff for the National Crimebeat Awards.
