Past High Sheriff Youth Awards:
Bletchingley Youth Club
The High Sheriff of Surrey 2011-12, Professor Michael Joy, visited Bletchingley Youth Club on February 2 to present a HSYA certificate. The Club offers a social hub for young people in this rural village and was founded in 2010 with HSYA support. It has now been awarded a further £800 grant towards the cost of craft items, a sports project, and holiday activities. Together with club members, the High Sheriff also visited the Parish Church and was instructed in the art of bell ringing.
