Past Awards
Each year in Surrey, The High Sheriff Youth Awards distributes over £40,000 to projects that are actively helping to reduce crime and bad behaviour – and to make their communities stronger and safer.
That can be in a whole lot of very different ways - click here for some of the projects we've already helped with money.
We’re illustrating just a few of the awards that have been made in recent years. They show the very wide range of activities that give young people places to go and things to do, whoever they are and wherever they live. Along the way, those who take part help reduce crime, learn masses – and often have a lot fun!
