Apply Here

We make it simple for you to apply for funding. Click here to download the form. Then complete it online and email to applications@surreyhighsheriff.org Or print off a paper copy, fill in the details by hand and post it to: High Sheriff Youth Award Co-ordinator, Neighbourhood Policing and Partnership, Surrey Police Headquarters, Mount Browne, Guildford, Surrey GU3 1HG.

Try to send us extra information, if you can. That means anything that will give us the best idea of what your project is trying to do – things like:

  • What you hope your project will achieve (no more than 100 words)
  • Photographs linked to your project (if they exist)
  • How/if young people are engaged at every stage of the project?
  • How many hours altogether will be spent setting up/running the project?

It’s important for young people to get involved in the application themselves – though it’s fine for adults to help you. You can also ask for our advice before sending in your form: we’re keen to help you and your friends take part.

If you have any questions about your application or can’t print the form and want us to post a copy, please contact the High Sheriff Youth Awards Co-ordinator by email at applications@surreyhighsheriff.org

When we receive your completed form, we check that the project appears to meet what we’re looking for. If it does, then we need to see your project at first hand. To find out how the judging works, click here.
