1st Hurst Green Scout Group

£2,000 funding will help 1st Hurst Green Scout Group to rebuild its scout hut, as part of a £280k Appeal. The High Sheriff made the presentation at a special celebration evening and announced that the Hut Appeal had scored very highly in the HSYA assessment. In existence over 80 years, this scout group continues to actively engage Scouts, Scout Clubs, Scout Beavers and Explorers. The Award will be spent on Fire, Safety and Security equipment when the new hut is built.
